The purpose of this study is to determine the changes occurring in the height, weight, percentage of body fat, anaerobic power, strength, speed, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity and flexibility of cadet and junior wrestlers during the general preparation, special preparation, competitive and off season of training programme and also to determine the effects of this program on these characteristics. This study was conducted on 40 subjects.
