Constructos em narrativas do ser e do se fazer docente

The memories are a resource of (re) signifying the past that in the dialogic relationship with the present rebuilds the past. Interests us here ponder the stories, memories and the memories of schooling in order to answer the following research question: which aspects are revealed in the schooling process of students in initial training that are elements which express the meanings of being and doing teaching? The research was configured as action research, under the Teaching Practice Module I, with ten undergraduates of Biological Sciences Course of the Federal University of Pará. In the context adopted here, the written narrative, embodied in a training memorial, constituted methodological search option, in the constitution of the data, and teacher training. In the written narratives students increasingly gained voice, reflect on themselves, exposing their objectivity and subjectivity, expressed ways of being and doing teachingAs memórias representam um recurso de (re) significação do passado que na relação dialógica com o presente se reconstrói. Interessa-nos aqui ponderar sobre as histórias, as lembranças e as memórias de escolarização, no sentido de responder a seguinte pergunta de pesquisa: que aspectos são revelados do processo de escolarização, de alunos em formação inicial, que expressam os significados do ser e do se fazer docente? O trabalho de pesquisa configurou-se como pesquisa-ação, no âmbito do módulo de Prática de Ensino I, junto a dez licenciandos do Curso de Ciências Biológicas, da Universidade Federal do Pará. No contexto aqui adotado, a narrativa escrita, materializada em um memorial de formação, constituiu-se opção metodológica de pesquisa, na constituição dos dados, e de formação de professores. Nas narrativas escritas os alunos ganharam crescentemente voz, refletiram sobre si mesmos, expondo sua objetividade e subjetividade, exprimiram aspectos afeitos do ser e do se fazer docente
