The data presented in the article deal with research of hormone changes in hypophysial-paranephric system in the course of neuroinfections. The given work was carried out with the purpose of detection of dependence of the cortisol and adrenocorticotropin hormone level on aetiology, gender, severity and period (cycle) of the disease.A comprehensive clinical and laboratorial checkup of 109 children with different nosological forms of neuroinfections was carried out: meningitis: viral, enteroviral, purulent and cerebromeningitis.
