Contribution of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in development has been recognized by the whole world, due to the nature of SMEs that are resistant to the effects of the economic crisis and may stimulate an increase in employment and national income of a country. Similarly, in East Java province, where in 2012 SMEs is able to provide a contribution about 53.95% to the GDP of East Java. Obstacle often faced by SMEs is the problem of financing. It can be seen from the small percentage of SMEs that have been mediated by the existing financial institutions.
