The purpose of this study was the examined the effect of transformasional leadership to employee performance (H1), the effect of the job satisfaction to employee performance with job satisfaction as mediated variable (H2). The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey. Sampling technique used is cluster sampling from 90 respondents (from Mitra Adi Jaya Yogyakarta.
