This paper aims to explore the effect of entrepreneurship behavior on corporate performance. The investigated entrepreneurship behavior dimensions are: managerial skill, capital accumulation skill, leadership, innovation, risk taker skill, physical environment, economic environment, organizational environment, and individual characteristics. The second aim is to find out training models for small and medium enterprise (SME). To test the conceptual framework, Partial Least Square (PLS) has been used to analyze the data collected from 300 SME of furniture, restaurant, and textile.
