This study was conducted in one of public sector companies located in Banyumas. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, education and training on employees’ performance. Moreover the study was also assessing the potential mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship. This study took a sample of all employees totaling of 86 people and the data was collected through questionnaire. The results of data analysis revealed that emotional intelligence, education and training positively influence performance and job satisfaction acted as a mediator in the relationship.
