Indonesia is a country that has so many natural resources fulfilling all human needs. God give it in very large number resources so the resources are sufficient to be utilized for our prosperity in. The resources are also utilized for building the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial implementation. Entrepreneurship is one of the important factors that support the development. Woman entrepreneurs are the minority rather than men entrepreneurs in developing countries. Moreover, various constraints are faced by women entrepreneurs as well as male entrepreneurs. The result of this study is to build a model of woman entrepreneurial success factors in Central Java. The benefits of this study are this study can identify the success factors of business woman entrepreneurs. This study also give a fact about how woman entrepreneur can give contribution on leveraging sub regional economy in otda era, specifically in developing creative economy. The study focused on analyzing of micro factor, macro factors, and demographic factors that influence the value of the work and focused on the capabilities that support the success of women entrepreneurs.
