In this article we intend to analyze the use of social networks, in focus, as an environment of debates, which ends up presenting not a critical discourse, but simply common sense, called by Roland Barthes as doxa. It seeks to understand the paradoxical use of communication, which, if on the one hand, has the function of extending human perception, thus broadening the consciousness of the world, on the other, seems to lead this same human to an environment of incomprehension and intolerance.
