Used by several researchers to estimate soil loss by laminar erosion, a Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) has been shown to be highly efficient without the diagnosis of soil erodibility. The objective of this work is to evaluate the Erosive Natural Potential (PNE) and the soil loss (ton / ha / year) in the hydrographic basin of the Francisquinha stream - Porto Nacional (TO). For an estimate of the erosion process, he made an application of USLE in GIS using free data. It was observed that 70.89% of the surveyed area presents Erosive Natural Potential (PNE), being classified as low to moderate erosive potential.
