This article offers a two-way study of the efforts made by a number of social actors and institutions to foster University exchanges between Mexico and Spain. The «Instituto Hispano-Mexicano de Intercambio Universitario» should be highlighted on the Mexican side, and the «Junta de Ampliación de Estudios» on the Spanish one. This work maintains that the Mexican-Spanish relations in the first half of the 20th Century underwent an important phase between 1925 and 1935, coinciding with the time when the Institute was running.Este artículo estudia, en doble vía, los esfuerzos que una serie de actores sociales e institucionales realizaron en México, como en España, para consolidar el intercambio universitario entre las dos orillas del Atlántico. ...
