Aim: The aim of this research was to compare the standard and computerized method of cephalogram analysis. In this research 32 patients visiting Belgrade University School of Dentistry, dept. of orthodontics were involved. Material and Method: This research was based on cephalogram analysis for every patient. All of the cephalograms were analyzed in two ways: 1. standrad method and 2. computerized method using Nemotec Dental Studio NX 2005 software. Results: Additional possibilities and properties of computer software for the computerized cephalogram analysis caused the differences in results.
