This research studied industrial labor demand for food, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia.This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods, using the tools of regression estimates.The observed variables are variables that proxy for wage labor expenditure, GDP as a proxyfor real output and employment food industry, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia. Results ofregression estimates indicate that GDP significantly compared to the wages of industrial labordemand of food, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia. Signifikanan instability variables ondemand for labor wages together with the results of research ever undertaken in Australia, theresults of these estimates indicate that the food industry, beverages and tobacco are capitalintensive
