PENGARUH HUMAN CAPITAL DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI TERHADAP KESEMPATAN KERJA DI SUMATERA SELATAN

One of important Human Capital that is needed recently is education. It influences development success through multiplier effect; it can raise economic growth in a country or region. This research examine about the effect of economic growth on employment in South Sumatera, and labor force education’s on employment ; besides other factors envolved such as investment. Result shows that economic growth give positif effect on employment in South Sumatera. Education give value added to someone owned; and it’s hoped can enlarge opportunity of employment.
