The aim of this article is to introduce the factors of agrarian conflict and resolution practices in Central Borneo Province. Central Borneo is the highest of agrarian conflict sectors with 87% oil palm plantation owned by the company, and smallholder’s only 13% of oil palm plantation belonging to independent smallholders. Conflict over the land and natural resources issues are often found among various factors and involved diverse parties. It could include members of households, families, ethnic groups, governments, and the agencies or other actors such as investors or corporations. Agrarian conflicts in general caused by two things.
