Motivational/Cultural Issues in the Utilization of Army Learning Model (ALM) Techniques While Instructing Armenian Soldiers

Using Army Learning Model techniques to conduct a modified first-stage Sergeant’s course to Armenian soldiers, motivational and cultural issues were observed affecting learner experience/outcome.
