Quitclaim deed by and between Camilo Martin, of the City and County of San Francisco, CA, and Andrew Anthony of the same place, in which Camilo Martin conveyed to Andrew Anthony and his heirs and assigns, all that certain lot, piece of parcel, of land, situate, lying and being, in the County of San Mateo, CA, in consideration of the sum of Seventy Five Dollars, Gold Coin of the U.S. for each lot.
