Hacia una antropología de la burocracia (Título original: Vers une anthropologie de la bureaucratie)

This article realises an analysis of the notion of bureaucracy from an anthropologic perspective, departing from the founding Weber’s paradigm up to postbureaucratic theories and their correlations with political organizations, transnational companies, as well as with the organisms for cooperation and international help. In the same way, relations are established between the notion of bureaucracy seen from Political Science and the management theories, in the frame of public management and the transnationalisation of public policies Este artículo realiza un análisis de la noción de burocracia desde una perspectiva antropológica, partiendo del paradigma fundacional weberiano hasta las teorías post-burocráticas y sus relaciones con organizaciones políticas, empresas transnacionales, así como con los organismos de cooperación y de ayuda internacional. Del mismo modo, se establecen relaciones entre la noción de burocracia vista desde la Ciencia Política y las teorías manageriales, en el marco de la gestión pública y la transnacionalización de políticas pública
