Abstract This study aimed to investigate the nature of the role of the Administrative Leadership in the support and level of application of Total Quality Management in the Hospital of the University of Science and Technology. It also aimed to detect whether there are significant differences in the responses of the staff on the nature of the role of the leadership and the support and level of total quality management application in the hospital due to the personal and functional variables. The study population consisted of all staff in the hospital of the University, however, the study sample was selected by the stratified random method by (200) items.
