The Undergraduate Experience Survey (UES) currently asks students about their satisfaction with the quality, costs, and availability of healthy and nutritious foods on campus. However, the data collected does not provide insight to students’ understanding of the concepts nor their reasons for the satisfaction rating given. Through this project, we aim to gather information on how students interpret “cost”, “availability” and “quality” of healthy food on campus, along with their overall food experience on campus, with a focus on the latter.
