Purchasing organic foods not only benefits our health, but also the environment (Loo et al, 2013) This study investigated the following research questions: What do people in Vancouver believe to be the most sustainable food? What kind of food are they currently purchasing? What kind of food are they willing to purchase? The study collected data using survey sampling and online questionnaires.
