Coléoptères hypogés de Corse. XLIX. Le genre Mesotyphlus Coiffait, 1957 (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Leptotyphlinae)

Hypogeous beetles from Corsica. XLIX. The genus Mesotyphlus Coiffait, 1957 (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Leptotyphlinae). The Corsican Staphylinidae Leptotyphlinae belonging to the genus Mesotyphlus Coiffait, 1957 (Entomoculiini) are revised. A new diagnosis of the genus is provided, with some new characters ; two subgenera are present : Mesotyphlus s. str. and Dexiotyphlus Coiffait, 1964, this last one being new for Corsica and French fauna. The two known species, M. corsicus Coiffait, 1957, and M. temperei Coiffait, 1979, are redescribed. Eleven new species are described : M. acuminatus n. sp., M. acutus n. sp., M. coiffaiti n. sp., M. colossus n. sp., M. crassiphallus n. sp., M. cyrnensis n. sp., M. koziorowiczi n. sp., M. luctator n. sp., M. machomenos n. sp., M. raymondi n. sp. and M. revelierei n. sp.Les Staphylinidae Leptotyphlinae de Corse appartenant au genre Mesotyphlus Coiffait, 1957 (Entomoculiini) sont révisés. Une nouvelle diagnose du genre est présentée, avec mention de caractères inédits ; deux sous-genres sont présents : Mesotyphlus s. str. et Dexiotyphlus Coiffait, 1964, ce dernier étant nouveau pour la Corse et la faune de France. Les deux espèces connues auparavant, M. corsicus Coiffait, 1957, et M. temperei Coiffait, 1979, sont redécrites. Onze espèces nouvelles sont décrites : Mesotyphlus acuminatus n. sp., M. acutus n. sp., M. coiffaiti n. sp., M. colossus n. sp., M. crassiphallus n. sp., M. cyrnensis n. sp., M. koziorowiczi n. sp., M. luctator n. sp., M. machomenos n. sp., M. raymondi n. sp. et M. revelierei n. sp.Orousset Jean.
