Abstract The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of job satisfaction to nurses in hospitals in Surakarta. The variables used in this study are as follows: Dependent Variables (Job Satisfaction) and Independent Variables (Performance). The sample is part of the number of participants who are objects in the study (Nasution, 2003). The sample in this study was 90 nurse trials. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. In this study the technique of product moment renewal is intended to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and performance.
