This study aims to examine the effect of employee stock ownership program (ESOP), leverage, firm size, dan corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the comopany’s financial performance in the non-financial sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used was 409 non-financial listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Sampling method using the purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21.
