The Objective of this research are to find out the management of physiotherapy reducing pain and increasing the scope of motion of the joint with ultra sound modalities and upper limb tension test. The Results after 3 times of therapy, the results of silent pain assessment from T0 = 0 to T3 = 0 were obtained, tenderness from T0 = 1 to T3 = 0, motion pain from T0 = 4 to T3 = 3.
