Analisis Kesesuaian Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Tahun 2010-2018 dengan Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) di Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman

Population growth in urban areas is increasing, then development of urbanization will move to the suburbs areas. Suitability change of land use need to be done so that problems do not arise in spatial planning, and the land is in accordance with Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR). Purpose of this research was to analyze the spatial distribution of land use changes and analyze suitability level of land use changes with RDTR in Depok Sub-District, Sleman Regency in 2010-2018. Survey method that used in this research was purposive sampling. The analytical method in this research is spatial analysis to find information about land use with Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR). A qualitative descriptive analysis method is used for class determination on land use change with RDTR data. The results of this research obtained by land use changes that occurred in Depok Sub-District from 2010-2018 covering an area of 186.65 ha. The most changing land use is rice fields turned into mixed-use by 20.45 ha or 20%. Whereas the least change in land use is rice fields turned into built up land with an area of 1.01 ha or 0.54%. The class of land use change with Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) Depok Sub-District consists of three classes, class that suitable is 104.28 ha or 55.33%, not yet suitable 77.71 ha or 41.63%, and not suitable 5.65 ha or 3.02%. Land suitability classes that are not suit can be caused by several factors including the lack of knowledge of landowners regarding plans that made by the government, land use change without the knowledge of the village-side or the government, also can be caused by the lack of supervision of village or sub-district governments in control existing land use.
