This research aims to analyse the influence of facilities and quality of service towards consumer satisfaction in the official workshop of Honda AHASS UMS Motor. The type of data in this study is primary data that has been disseminated to consumers of AHASS UMS Motor as much as 150 respondents determined using the accedential sampling method by conducting a sample withdrawal based on the research purpose and predefined criteria. The analysis tools used in the study include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, T-tests, and F-tests.
