Objective: The aim of our study was to evaluate the effect of cardiac resyncronization therapy (CRT) on QT dispersion (QTd), JT dispersion (JTd) and transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR), markers of heterogeneity of ventricular repolarization in a study population with severe heart failure.
