Photographic work from Billingham's series 'Rays a Laugh' was exhibited in 'PLAYLIST', Moderna museet, Jönköpings läns museum, Sweden, (18 September 2010 - 9 January 2011). This exhibition was about prejudices and conceptions, dissonances and harmonies. How do we look at others? How can we approach each other and what happens between us? The exhibition presented a selection of nearly fifty works from Stockholm's Museum of Modern Art permanent collection which in various different ways explored exclusion and vulnerability, confidence, approaching and reconciliation.
