This study is aimed to search for the impact of macroeconomics factors and internal factors for Starbucks Corporation in Washington D.C, United State. This study was carried out by using the secondary data which was get from the annual report of Starbucks corporation from year 2014 until year 2018. The effects of company performance may be caused by internal as well as external factors, likely due to inadequate management or failure of internal procedures, human errors or system failures or due to the changes of macroeconomics situation. It is important for an organization to manage corporate governance efficiently.
