Children with nephrotic syndrome (NS) are susceptible to infections including tuberculosis (TB) due to both feature of disease itself and immunosuppressive drugs. We reported three children with NS who developed pulmonary TB during disease course. Tuberculin skin test reactivity was positive if patient currently not taking steroids, X-ray findings were inconclusive and cultures yielded no organism. Thorax computerized tomography was the most useful device for the diagnosis of TB
