AIM: To investigate patients who suffering bullous keratopathy, postoperative pterygium and filamentary keratopathy, by wearing hydrophilic soft corneal contact lens at the same time, and observe the treatment effect on alleviating corneal irritation symptoms and promoting corneal repair.METHODS: Totally 79 hospitalized patients(90 eyes)were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The control group was given routine treatment; the treatment group had routine treatment and still wore hydrophilic soft corneal contact lens.
