There are two ways of discussing this problem, both of them assuming the existence of bounded solutions for the almost periodic system. One is to assume a separation condition for the bounded solutions and, in this sense, we present generalizations of Favard\'s [3] and Amerio\'s L1) results for functional differential equations with time delay.
