En el presente trabajo de investigación nos centramos en identificar y analizar los factores determinantes de la calidad de servicio que influyen en la satisfacción de visita a los museos de historia de Lima Metropolitana. Nuestro propósito, principalmente, fue el de impulsar la presencia competitiva de los museos en el mercado actual. Cabe señalar que la información relacionada con los museos de historia en nuestro país es escasa desde la perspectiva de investigación científica. Sin embargo, existen tesis de grado que no se han tomado como referencia en esta investigación.
