ПОИМ И ДЕФИНИЦИЈА ЗА БЕЗБЕДНОСТА И ТЕОРИЈА НА РЕЛАЦИОНИЗМОТ ВО РАЗГЛЕДУВАЊЕТО НА БЕЗБЕДНОСТА

The goal of this article is to identify and discus with relevant methodology main theories of Security. Using the comparative approach on classical and modern theories, it has been derived that term Security is best described in international concepts. Neoliberalism and Neorealism gradually develop conclusion on necessity of introduction of systemic aspects to the basic variables expanding approach with collective dependent variables. Security canhere be defind as the Multivariational term, on which relevant Operational Ressearch, and in first place programming, can be of particulary high relevance. In metrological critical analysys of main groups of theories, including systemic theory or approach, it has been concluded that most consistent way of defining of the Security is the one provided by Relationistic Philosophy and methodology
