The purpose of the present paper is to capture the readers’ attention towards the relationship between different styles of leadership and the process of implementing organizational change. Throughout the paper we debate issues like the role of leadership in the moments the organization deals with radical changes; the importance of acknowledging the necessity of change for the organization; the presentation of phases and possible effects of change; the correlation between different leadership styles and phases of change. The paper approaches all issues systematically in order to create logical connection of ideas that should be easy to comprehend for all readers, specialists and non-specialists
