Investment Innovation Activity from the Standpoint of Current Economic Condition Diagnostics

Investments are defined as capital inputs with the purpose of its further increase. This economic investments expediency estimation reveals the expenditure value on the creation, extension, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of innovational activity through fixed capital renovation and corresponding changes in working capital.Attention is paid to the effectively functioning investment-innovational activity regulatory provision system. The components of innovation policy, its proper implementation in order to define the current economic condition diagnostics are considered.The necessity to reconsider a series of statutory acts in order to improve the investment climate in Ukraine is emphasized and the levers of the more efficient state regulations application through the tax system improvement with the effective means application to improve investment-innovational activity are suggested
