This text is going to show extension activities that also involve teaching activities (overseen tour) and research activities. The locus of this experience is “Rural Municipal Chico Mendes School”, in Querência do Norte, a city of Paraná State (Brazil), where there is a settlement of MST (“organization of rural workers without land”). Originated as research activities about Education of MST, the extension activities basically include the problem of continued education of teachers, which was a detected need by local educational community, who thinks about a broader need of teaching systems as a whole.
