Recently, positive improvements both at economy and at banking sector have increased the attention of foreign capital to Turkish Banking Sector. A rapid increase at market share of foreign banks has brought up the favorable and unfavorable effects of foreign bank entry to the sector and the necessity of analyzing foreign banks in different manners. In this paper, foreign and domestic banks in Turkish Banking Sector have been compared by several financial ratios.
