The measuring system for the magnetic field and temperature using silicon whiskers p-type conductivity as a primary device has been developed. The developed system allows the measurement of the magnetic field and temperature in the temperature range 4,2—77 K, as well as to measure the temperature under the influence of magnetic fields in the range of 100—300 K. It is shown that this system is suitable for the conversion of small signals using a programmable gain amplifier and analog-to-digital converter with high resolution
