Resumen El presente artículo, producto de un proceso de investigación cualitativa adelantado con profesoras del nivel inicial, quienes contaban con diferentes niveles de formación y trabajaban en colegios con diversas características, se centra en la reflexión sobre las formas en que aprenden a enseñar a leer y a escribir a los niños. Se encontró que independientemente del nivel de formación que tengan las profesoras, su principal fuente de aprendizaje son las prácticas. A partir de estos hallazgos se plantean algunas preguntas sobre la relación entre la teoría y las prácticas cotidianas en la formación docente y lo que esto sugiere a las instituciones formadoras de maestros.Abstract This paper, the result of a qualitative research process,...
