Carcinoids are the most common neuroendocrine tumors, which arise commonly in thegastrointestinal or respiratory tract. Breast carcinoid is rare and may be primary or metastatic. Primarybreast carcinoids account for <1% of primary breast cancer and can be mistaken with other primarybreast cancer. Immunohistochemical analysis can be useful in diagnosis. Here we reported a 78 yearsold women with right breast mass. Mass resected and patient worked up for extramammary origin.Finally primary breast carcinoid tumor was diagnosed for the patient and modified radical mastectomyand axillary node dissection performed. No adjuvant therapy was used.
