Alimentary Reeducation in Program Health of the Family: An Experience Report

Currently, the conditions of weigth of the population disclose that the overweight and the obesity come becoming na epidemic with high incidence and consist in a problem of public health. The present work is about a descriptive study that had for objective to tell the experience of implantation of a Group in alimentary re-education, for obese people and with overweigth, in the Program Health of the Family. Fifteen people had been citizens of this study, being 14 participants of the female gender with the average age of 50 years, of which, 4 people were hyper tense and 2 were diabetic; 5 participants were overweight and 10 were obese. One concludes that reflections on the alimentary and nutritionists conditions had been established making possible an improvement of the quality of life of the participants. Front to the thematic complexity of the boarded one sends regards that the present Group continues being monitored so that it is possible future to be evaluated of deeper form
