БЕЗБЕДНОСЕН КОНЦЕПТ НАСОЧЕН КОН ЧОВЕКОТ

The Human security or the concept of human security is an idea for development ofpractice that is “little” diferent than an already set up “politics” of multinationalprinciples in permanent evolution in relation with security and governmenting. It is atrial of act, but also it is a spontaneous process of development of scientific knowledgeopposite to traditional theories of security. What is stressed is that this idea or conceptisn’t easily understandable or quite objective as a thought. It is because; it is possibleto point four different, sometimes competitive approaches towards human security,which are reflection of different social, cultural and geostrategics orientations. Ormaybe it is a concept that is a less real or too ambitious. In direction of an “advancedidea”, this paper shows that empirical research has already given basics for forming thesupporting position for thinking over human security, consideration that maybe slow,but for sure is recognized and implemented by decision owners, opposite toconsistence of hard neo/realistic determination
