Veintisiete muestras de mieles fueron analizadas usando las técnicas convencionales. Se identificaron 24 tipos morfológicos. Las familias más representadas fueron: Fabaceae, Asteraceae, Myrtaceae y Brassicaceae. El 70 % de las muestras fueron monoflorales de Trifolium repens L., Eucalyptus sp. y una Brassicaceae; las restantes resultaron mixtas.Twenty seven samples of honey were analyzed employing the conventional techniques.
