Globalisation is a complex fhenomenon from the economic, political and cultural point of view. Globalisation that was revealed by the fact of multi factors, included many phenomena in its own dimension. Globalisation shows, on the one hand locality, on the other hand globality. It also presents uniformity and multiplicity. With these characteristics it reveals some clear results related to education; and faces us to a new phenomenon of education that has been globalised. Some means of education such as targets, practices, etc. have been out lined with regard to global understanding.</p
