Affective and Emotional Relationships between Parents and Children in the Context of Transnational Living

The article discusses the changes and conflicts arising between parents and children as a result of the international migration of the former. The conflicts are approached on the basis of an analysis of the life stories of the family members, as well as of the caretakers and migrants.
