Introduction: Root canal obturation is a critical factor in success or failure of a root canal treatment. The material used for root canal obturation must be able to provide a perfect seal. This study aimed to compare the ability of gutta-percha/AH26 and resilon/epiphany to prevent apical microleakage. Methods: To conduct this experimental study, 32 extracted single root human teeth were used. Crowns of the teeth were cut and root canals were instrumented using hand K-file in a step-back manner.
