AIM: To discuss the clinical effects of cataract extraction with modified small incision non-phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy for the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma. METHODS: Totally 135 patients with cataract combined with glaucoma were selected as objects in our hospital from March 2008 to January 2011.
