Objective: This study aimed to assess the quality management in public dental services across the Federal District to the concepts of quality of life and user satisfaction by checking the use of quality indicators and management tools for engineers dentistry in the State Department of health DF . Method : Evaluation will be conducted through a questionnaire , which contains eleven (11 ) questions aims to verify the knowledge of managers about quality management , utilization management tools , model currently applied , effects on attendance at public service and user satisfaction .
